On a bed of petite peas & rice, drizzled with a smoky lime aioli, garnished with chopped scallions

Tossed with orecchietta pasta, garlic, crushed red pepper & white wine with parmsan cheese

With a gorgonzola red wine demi glace, on a bed of smoked gouda mashed potatoes, with char-grilled asparagus
